​Scarecrow Farm Carry My Baby, Moby Wrap NZ and Baby Ktan NZ are subsidiaries of TCR Limited.  TCR or Scarecrow Farm will be the name shown on your credit card statement as well as on your invoice.  

All pricing is charged in New Zealand Dollars.  Pricing may change without notice.  We do not charge GST. 

Payment can be made by Bank Deposit, Credit Card or Paypal. 

Layby is welcome for orders over $50.  To place a lay-by please put a note in the comments field at the checkout and choose bank deposit at the checkout.  

The following payment terms apply:

Orders over $400:   20% deposit. Balance to be paid within 4 months.   A minimum of 20% to be paid every month for the next 4 months.

Orders between $100 and $400:  25% deposit.  Balance to be paid within 3 months.  A minimum of 25% per month.

Orders between $50 and $100:  $30% deposit.  Balance to be paid within two months. Minimum of 35% at the end of each month.

Orders under $50.  Layby not available.


All trademe layby sales must be paid within 6 weeks.

A 15% restocking fee or $25 fee (whichever is greater) applies for cancelled laybys.



We offer exchange of any item if it is returned in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase.  If the product shows any visible wear or damage, products will not be exchanged unless we deem the product is defective.


Buyer is required to return goods in new condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.  In order to better expedite your request, please include the following:

  • Your invoice or a copy of your invoice
  • Reason for exchange

We are not obliged to accept customer damaged product back.  If product is returned with damaged packaging or any other thing that affects it's resale value, we reserve the right to offer a reduced price, a store credit or to return it to you.  Any postage charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  When returning baby carriers please ensure they are rolled up and packaged exactly the way you received them.  Products that need to be refolded/rerolled by us will incur a $10 restocking fee to cover the time involved or the reduced value of the product due it needing to be sold as a second hand item.

You as the purchasing party, will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred for purposes of exchange.  If a refund is required on products that had free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our actual shipping costs from the refund (i.e. shipping costs both directions).  We highly encourage our customers to contact us before ordering if they have a sizing related question. 


Shipping - Our shipping policies are part of our terms and conditions.  Please see our shipping page for further information.  Please be aware some products including TwinGo and Baby K'tan can only be shipped within NZ.


If the product is defective, please contact us so we may cover the shipping costs.  We will only pay the shipping charges for defective merchandise.   We will either replace or refund defective products.  Please contact us to confirm shipping method for defective items as we will not refund excess shipping if you choose a premium service when more cost effective methods are available.  Please check the address to use with us first before returning your product.

From time to time we offer a free surprise gift with selected products.  Where multiple products offering free gifts are ordered we reserve the right to send a single product with a higher value, rather than several smaller gifts.  Free gifts are typically worth between 5-15% of your order value however from time to time we will include a product that is worth more than this.  This term applies to "surprise" gifts only and does not apply to products where you get to select your free gift.  Surprise gifts are not available to wholesale customers.

Reward points are no longer available on our website and instead we offer different promos such as free gift with selected products, discounts etc.  Customers have 12 months to redeem any reward points they have previously earned.  Please contact us for a coupon code if you wish to redeem your points.
